Scott Stovall is back in the market after previously spending nearly two decades in the Tri Cities.
After graduating from both Texas Christian University in Ft. Worth, Texas and the Defense Information School in Indianapolis, Indiana, Scott began his broadcast journalism career in the United States Navy. He served at Navy Broadcasting detachments in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba and La Maddalena, Italy. While in Italy, he also served aboard the U.S.S. Orion (AS-18), a submarine tender, home-ported in La Maddalena. While in La Maddalena, Scott received Navy public affairs awards for his broadcast news and newspaper reporting.
After 5 1/2 years in the Navy, Scott worked as a morning anchor and reporter at KWES-TV in his hometown of Midland, Texas, then moved to Kennewick, Washington where he was an anchor for 16 years.
Scott has made his return to TV news after most recently working for the Tri-City Americans Hockey Club.
Scott enjoys spending time with his two sons, snow skiing, being a private pilot, photography and home video projects.
