Alahna Martinez

Alahna was born and raised in California and is the oldest sibling in a large family. She went to California State University Northridge where she graduated in 2021 and received a degree in Broadcast Journalism. She also has a passion for weather and plans to further her education in meteorology.

At CSUN, she produced and anchored for her school’s radio station, KCSN-FM. She also narrated for CSUN’s public affairs show called OnPoint. She is now excited to begin her career with KIMA as a reporter and to learn more about Washington.

When time permits, Alahna loves traveling, trying new food spots, going to beaches and taking scenic hikes with her dog, “Kodak.”
