It's a game for the ages, just for the "unbelievable" factor. The Seattle Seahawks and Arizona Cardinals battled to a rare 6-6 tie Sunday night after both teams missed short field goals that would have won it.
ESPN computed Arizona had a 99.6% chance of winning the game just before Arizona missed a 24-yard field goal in overtime that would have won it. And then the Seahawks marched down the field to the Arizona 10 yard line and had a 97.3% chance of winning it until Steven Hauschka missed a 27-yard chip shot field goal on his end. Time then mercifully(?) expired.
Somewhere, Minnesota Vikings kicker Blair Walsh, who missed a 27-yard field goal that would have had the Vikings beat the Seahawks in last year's NFC Divisional game had to be thinking, "See, not so easy fellas, is it?"
