YAKIMA, Wash.- Yakima Valley Trolley's annual Christmas rides have officially started, and they brought a few special guests this year.
Santa, Mrs. Claus and his little helpers arrived to take pictures and give locals company while riding on the trolley ride.
You can hop on the trolley for five dollars and also eat some homemade cookies and drink hot chocolate.
Organizers say it's an event for families to get in the holiday spirit.
"They have a lot of fun! Most of our riders today were first-timers. These kids have never been on the Trolley and they really enjoy it," said Motorman Larry Fourneir.
Fourneir says they will be doing Santa trolley rides both days this weekend and next weekend from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
