Plumber in Union Gap saves a baby girl from choking

On Friday, a mother in Union Gap ran out of her home asking for help because her 11-month-old daughter was choking. Fortunately a plumber nearby came to her aid and saved the baby girl from choking by performing the Heimlich Maneuver.
