One dead, two injured after shooting at house party
YAKIMA, Wash. -- One person is dead and two injured, after a shooting at an early morning house party, according to police.
Yakima police say they responded to reports of gunshots at a home in the 600 block of Race Street around 1:30 AM, on Sunday.
Upon arrival, they say they found a 22-year-old man with a gunshot wound to his chest.
The man was taken to a local hospital where he died, shortly after.
Reports say a 28-year-old man who was shot in the pelvic area and a 27-year-old woman who was hit in the head were both treated at the hospital and released.
No suspects have been arrested, but police say they’re looking for a Latino man in his 20s.
