Man shot with pellet gun outside Yakima home arrested
YAKIMA, Wash. - A man has been arrested after police said he was shot with a pellet gun while threatening people outside their home at South 6th Street.
Yakima police spokesperson Mike Bastinelli said a man was verbally threatening the occupants Wednesday around 4:30 p.m. when someone came out of the house and shot at him with a pellet gun.
Police said the man who was shot was booked into Yakima County Jail after he was medically cleared.
The people in the home were uninjured in the incident.
Police say the man who made threats is familiar with the people who live at the home.
