2 trailers catch fire in Naches RV park, no injuries

NACHES, Wash. -- Multiple fire agencies responded to a fire at an RV park just before 5 p.m. Saturday evening.

Fire crews responded to the scene of two trailers on fire at the Wonderland Campground just off U.S. Highway 12.

One trailer was destroyed. A neighboring trailer was also damaged by the blaze.

"The property owners had just returned from the store to find their trailer on fire," said Chief Alan Baird of the Naches Fire Department. "No injuries to any of the residents and no injuries to any firefighters."

Fire officials said the trailer owners are receiving help from Red Cross. They are still investigating the cause of the fire.
