Racing sharp like a World Champ!

Charging up a hill in a snowmobile.

Exciting, dangerous.

A passion for a local family claiming best in the world bragging rights.

Out for a little cruise on Schweitzer Mountain in Idaho, Brad Sharp....Fast forward to the recent World Championship Hillclimb at Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Another weekend of titles for the racing Sharps from Moxee. Brothers Brad and David dominated the upper classses, each captured yet another pro masters world championship title.

Brad Sharp "I ended up first and fourth. Sled issues on one of my runs. Very happy with the results for the competition. It was the World Championship."

David Sharp "Got a 1st, 2nd and 5th. Just missed a King. Great year there."

And, then there's David Sharp from a previous event. One of the rising stars of the Rocky Mountain Snowmobile Hillclimb Association the younger Sharp had a 4th, 6th and 7th place at the World Championships......Before the main event, the 5th year pro wiped out in one of the most frightening crashes of his career.

David Sharp Jr. "Ejected the sled at about 65 miles per hour, slammed me down in front of it. Bent a few things up, took a beating ,carried on though. You guys can relate to all that through the years. Oh ya. We've all been there. You're still smiling. Oh ya. A few plates and screws to prove that. Nobody's ready to give this up yet, right? No, not yet."
