YSO doesn't recommend filing charges against Selah shooter

SELAH, Wash. -- Investigators don't recommend filing charges against the man they say shot someone in Selah last weekend. It happened during a family party.

Deputies say a 28-year-old man picked a fight with a guest. Then, went to his car and pulled a gun.

Instead, the guest shot him three times. Deputies say the reaction was reasonable under the circumstances.

The investigation should be forwarded to prosecutors in a couple of weeks.
