YPD arrests suspect in Thursday's double shooting

YAKIMA, Wash. -- Police tell Action News they arrested Jesse Johnson Saturday morning in connection with Thursday's double shooting.

Police say they located Johnson in Selah. We're told he's charged with two counts of first degree assault and burglary. Police say he also has prior offenses.

Police say the shooting happened on the 800 block of North 6th Avenue around dinner time Thursday.

Officers tell us a fight broke out at a house where a woman was entertaining three men. Apparently, the woman's ex-boyfriend, Johnson, showed up and shot two of the men and then took off.

The third man at the home rushed his injured friends to the hospital.
