Yakima police find 3-year-old boy, arrest father
YAKIMA, Wash. - The Yakima Police Department have located 3-year-old boy after he was taken from his mother last week.
UPDATE: Police say Romeo was found safe Tuesday in a vehicle at Naches and Spruce and has been returned to his mother. Police arrested his father, Rico Salgado, and took him to Yakima County Jail.

Police reports said Rico Salgado took 3-year-old Romeo Martinez from his mother after a physical altercation in Yakima, January 26. Police said Salgado is presumably Romeo's father.
Reports said Salgado made suicidal statements at the time of the fight and proceeded to take the child.
Salgado is believed to be homeless and possibly under the influence of drugs, according to reports.
Police say the boy is likely wearing the same coat he is wearing in the attached photograph.
Anyone with information regarding Romeo's whereabouts is asked to call 9-1-1.
