What locals hope the President accomplishes

YAKIMA, Wash. -- As President Obama's new term begins, Action News got your opinions on what you hoped he accomplishes during the next four years. Not surprisingly, many people told us they wanted to see more jobs come to our area.

"I'd like to actually see more opportunities arise. Maybe such as businesses open up that aren't here in Yakima," said Erik Burnham.

"There's a lot of people out of work and I really feel we need to put people back to work to help us with our economy," said Lori Mackel.

"He could do some things to turn the economy around and get people working again. I hope he listens to the other side," said Robert Uhl.

The Presidential inauguration ceremony will be held Monday in Washington D.C.
