Union Gap movie theater murder suspects in court

YAKIMA COUNTY, Wash.-- The two men accused in the murder outside a Union Gap movie theater appeared in court today just for another delay. It was clear there was a lack of communication between the prosecution and defense for John Munzanreder and Juan Ibanez Cortes. The prosecution has yet to hand over some important information, so today's hearing was delayed another week.

The two were arrested after John Munzanreder's wife, Cynthia, was shot in the parking lot of the Majestic Movie Theater in Union Gap. Police say Munzanreder shot her and tossed the gun to Juan, who hid it at their workplace.
