'Two strikes' law sends sex offender to life in prison
YAKIMA, Wash. -- The "two-strikes" law is putting a convicted sex offender behind bars for good. It takes only two sex offenses to get a life sentence for some felons.
James Castillo raped a woman in Wapato back in the late 90's. He was on the run ever since.
Police caught up with him a couple years ago and brought Castillo back to Yakima.
He was been previously convicted of attempted rape as well.
