Trial for man accused in West Valley triple murder delayed

YAKIMA -- KIMA has new information on the trial of the man accused in the West Valley triple murder case.

Kevin Harper's trial has been delayed for another six months.

It was supposed to start in January.

Yakima County Prosecutor Ken Ramm tells Action News the defense says it needs more time to go over DNA evidence from the prosecutor.

Police arrested Harper in March on charges he beat and killed Bill, Pauline and Elizabeth Goggin in their West Valley home.
