The Central Washington Agriculture Museums Sleigh Ride is back
UNION GAP, Wash. -- The popular Sleigh Ride will be returning to the Central Washington Agriculture Museum in Union Gap.
This is the second year the museums, Horse–N–Harness Group hosts Sleigh Day.
Horse-N–Harness group member Alan Geho says it was really popular last year with about 350 people who showed up, and they are hoping the same this year.
“We want kids and parents to see how things were done in the old days, so we have these sleighs you don’t get to see them anywhere much," said Geho.
The event is set for January 20 from 11 in the morning to 2 in the afternoon.
Geho says if there’s no snow they will still be offering horse-drawn wagon rides.
The event is free to the public so all are welcome to stop by.
