Suspect arrested in Jackson's Sports Bar shooting
YAKIMA COUNTY, Wash. -- A suspect has been arrested in connection to the shooting of two people outside Jackson's Sports Bar in Yakima in February.
Francisco Martinez made his first court appearance Friday and faces charges of first-degree assault and unlawful possession of a firearm.
Court papers said he was identified by an eye-witness after a fight erupted between rival gang members in the parking lot. Court papers said two men were taken to a hospital with multiple gunshot wounds.
Martinez's bail was set for $250,000. He will back in court later this month.
