Supreme Court to hear case with Yakima origins

YAKIMA, Wash. -- The Supreme Court will take up case tomorrow with local origins. The Court will review President Obama's authority to make administrative appointments while the Senate is in recess.

The case stems from a local labor dispute involving Yakima soda bottler, Noel Canning. The National Labor Relations Board ruled against the company in 2012, in a union negotiation.

Noel Canning appealed the ruling, arguing two of the Board members were improperly appointed by the President. A decision is expected by the summer.
