Sunnyside to save $300k by replacing stop lights with stop signs

SUNNYSIDE, Wash. -- Sunnyside might save money with a new adjustment to its downtown revitalization project.

A proposal was made to not replace the stop lights at the four-way intersection near Centennial Park.

The city can save $300 thousand by replacing them with stop signs, instead.

Council will vote on this later this month.
