Stewart Subaru and Subaru of America Donate to the Humane Society
YAKIMA Wash. - Today they presented a 20-thousand dollar check to the Humane Society.
This is the ninth year Subaru of America has participated in the Share the Love campaign.
Stewart Subaru General Manager Mark Prater says they're happy to be able to participate in finding homeless animals forever homes.
"It takes all of us to be able to get the message out there a little bit more and maybe magnify that I mean the pets do need a home you know all that we have to do is to get it out there," said Prater.
"We feel it, we do definitely feel the love so it's really awesome and we were just so grateful for that," said Annie Flores, Humane Society Volunteer and Foster Coordinator.
The proceeds will mainly be distributed towards the Humane Society's emergency medical fund.
Stewart Subaru also sponsors KIMA's weekly "Every Pet Deserves a Home" segment.
