Snoqualmie Pass to close for snow removal
SNOQUALMIE PASS, Wash. - Those traveling into the wee hours of the morning should plan for an hour-delay at Snoqualmie Pass.
The Washington State Department of Transportation said crews will shut down a section of I-90 starting 2 a.m., Saturday, to remove overhanging snow from the wildlife tunnels. Roads are expected to close for approximately one hour.
Traffic will be stopped at Gold Creek (milepost 56) for those heading east, and drivers heading west will be stopped at Price Creek (milepost 62).
WSDOT leaders ask that drivers plan for additional travel time.
