Selah to be featured on national television show

Selah, WASH. -- The city of Selah will soon get its 15 minutes of fame on national television.

Selah was chosen to be on the TV show "Today In America," hosted by Terry Bradshaw.

We're told the show will air within 6 to 8 weeks on networks like The Discovery Channel. Producers say they pick cities based on how well people can work, live and play.

"We really do live by that philosophy of live work and play here.
A lot of people do that and it's been one of those small communities
that has grown well, it hasn't grown too fast, and it's still a great
live-able small town," said Selah Parks and Tourism Director, Jeff Hagler.

Production crews will wrap up filming around town Sunday.
