Recent fires are still being investigated but firefighters say they were likely man-made
YAKIMA, Wash.- Firefighters are still investigating the causes from last week's fire but they say it looks like both of them were man-made.
The Rattlesnake Hills fire and the Terrace Heights fire near 57th street burned around 4,500 acres combined.
Yakima Police Department and the Sheriff’s office are helping with the investigation.
With the temperatures rising again this weekend, firefighters want to remind people to be careful at home and make sure they take care of any dry brush that may light up.
