Man shot in the leg in Grandview drive-by shooting
GRANDVIEW, Wash. - Police have responded to a drive-by shooting in Grandview in which a man was shot in the leg.
Reports came in just after 11 a.m. Friday of a shooting outside a house in the 400 block of E 2nd Street. A man was shot in his left calf while he was standing outside of the house.
The vehicle from which shots were fired then drove away, according to police.
Medics treated the victim and he is said to be in stable condition.
Grandview Police Chief Kal Fuller confirmed this is the same location from which three people were arrested. The three had been arrested in connection to a shot fired outside of the home earlier in the week.
Law enforcement had found a gun hidden in a stuffed animal that was being kept in a crib while searching the home.
Grandview police are at the scene trying to determine whether this shooting is related to the previous incident.
At this time they do not believe the drive-by shooting is gang-related, but the reason is currently unknown.
