Police found no driver during traffic stop
YAKIMA, Wash.- A Yakima cop pulled over a car last night to find no one in the driver's seat, and shell casings inside.
Police say they pulled over the car for a busted head light, but when the officer walked up there was someone in the back and in the passenger seat, but no one behind the wheel.
Police say the woman in the back, Elizabeth Arcila-Cuevas, eventually admitted she'd been driving but jumped in the back because she had a suspended license.
The officer says they noticed empty shell casings in the car.
Police say the car had been stolen and matches reports of a drive-by shooting that happened yesterday.
