Police: 2 shot while driving on Nob Hill overpass

YAKIMA, Wash. -- More violence breaks out on the streets of Yakima. Police said two brothers were shot when driving on the Nob Hill overpass. The 26-year-old victim had a gunshot wound to his upper back. The 23-year-old was shot in the torso.

It happened early Sunday morning near First Street. An unknown car pulled next to them and shot into their car multiple times. The suspect car then drove away in an unknown direction. People who live around the area said it could be a dangerous spot.

"It looks like there's a lot of non-savory characters just walking around especially right by the overpass," said Nicole Angiano.

Police say the victim's injuries are considered non life-threatening.
