Man involved in burglary claims ISIS shot at him
YAKIMA, Wash.- A man who confessed to robbing a convenience store claims ISIS did it.
Yakima Police went to the Shell Gas station on N 1st St. for a burglary. Police reports say the suspects used large pieces of asphalt to break the door.
In total, there were about a thousand dollars worth of damages and stolen items.
One of the suspects returned later that day and police arrested Michael Koehnen, who claimed that ISIS broke the window and started shooting at him according to police reports.
Police reports say Koehnen later confessed to breaking in the store and stealing items when arrested.
