Suspect in Yakima bowling alley shooting arrested in Redmond
YAKIMA, Wash. - A Task Force has arrested a man who is connected to a shooting at a Yakima bowling alley, reports say.
A Violent Offender Task Force (PNVOTF) arrested Celemente Morales III in Redmond, Thursday, according to a news release from the U.S. Marshals Service.
Morales, 34, is a known "Sureno" gang member who was wanted for involvement in a March 4 shooting outside the Minda Lanes Bowling Alley in Yakima.
The PNVOTF out of Yakima, including Yakima Sheriff's deputies and officers with the Department of Corrections, learned the suspect was hiding in the Seattle area.
The task force worked with Seattle officials to arrest Morales at the 16000 block of Redmond Way.
Reports said Morales is in King County Jail.
