Lowe's to be built in Yakima faces set back in construction

YAKIMA, Wash. -- Action News learned there have been some setbacks in the construction of a new Lowe's home improvement store in Union Gap.

The store is slated to be built at the intersection of Valley Mall Boulevard and Longfibre Road.

Union Gap officials say issues with traffic need to be settled before construction begins.

There's no time frame when it will start.

Union Gap says it will be loss in revenue when the current Lowe's leaves Union Gap.
