Moxee Wash. -- Some neighbors around the Rattlesnake Ridge Fire are concerned about the houses closest to the flames but others believe the firefighters have everything under control.

Fire crews have been coming out from all over the county to help stop the fire but some locals are worried about loved ones that live closer to the flames.

Moxee local Roman Monrique says his soccer coach lives in one of the houses near the flames and he is worried that the coach will be evacuated.

"It makes me feel scared for him and I just want to like pray for him so he could have a good safe time," said Monrique.

"It looks like they’ve got a lot of fire lines put in and a lot of equipment right now running looks like they’ve got a few hot spots for the most part it sounds like they got things where they need to be," said neighbor Rick Longtin.

Earlier today 25 homes were threatened by the fire but as of right now there are no evacuations.
