Projects include upgrading the Hubbell building, a new roof for Roslyn City Hall and money for street lighting, the Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce, and Yakima Canyon Interpretive Center.
"You want to keep a nice image of the area," said Kyle Kuhn. "You don't want people to think that your public buildings are low class and to me it can reflect badly on the whole city."
The money is coming from a sales tax. Kittitas County will vote on whether to spend $700,000 on the projects.
