Kindergartners ordered to wear diapers? Police say no evidence of a crime

      BOARDMAN, Ore. -- No criminal charges will be filed against a Morrow County teacher accused of making students wear diapers. Boardman Police laid out their investigation, and while they're sure something happened, it's not necessarily a crime.

      In this reports from Boardman Police, various kindergartners described to investigators the gist of the story, which was that up to three kids were ordered to wear a diaper for acting like a baby. Police determined there was not enough evidence to determine a crime was committed.

      The teacher remains on paid leave while a third party investigates. The Morrow County School District released its own statement on the outstanding decision which will determine if the teacher is fit for the classroom.
