Grandview man shot in fight, police investigating
GRANDVIEW, Wash. - Police say a 25-year-old was shot following a fight in Grandview.
Officers with the Grandview Police Department (GPD) went to the 1100 block of Apache Drive around 10:42 p.m., Saturday on a report of a man who had been shot.
Police learned shots were fired after a fight in the road.
Reports said police found a Grandview man with a gunshot wound to his torso.
Police administered first aid until firefighters with the Grandview Fire Department and an ambulance from Prosser arrived.
Medics took the victim to an area hospital and he is expected to survive, according to police reports.
Grandview detectives are currently investigating this shooting.
Authorities say multiple people who were at the scene where the shooting occurred were uncooperative in the investigation.
