Conversation secretly recorded with Yakima's city manager

YAKIMA, Wash. -- A woman making allegations about police brutality was allowed to meet with Yakima's city manager. He says she secretly recorded that conversation. That's illegal in Washington.

Joey Anderson told KIMA her husband was beaten up by Yakima police. Tony O'Rourke says he thinks claims of excessive force are unfounded.

O'Rourke says the recorded conversation was posted on YouTube. Yakima's legal department thinks O'Rourke has a right to file a complaint.

The city manager says he'll make a decision on that next week.
