Clydesdales coming to Yakima to benefit Children's Miracle Network
YAKIMA VALLEY MEMORIAL HOSPITAL NEWS RELEASE -- Express Clydesdales, a traveling team of Clydesdales that tours North America, will be taking families for short stage coach rides at the Valley Mall on Saturday, May 24, 2014, in exchange for donations to Children's Miracle Network Hospitals.
One-hundred percent of the proceeds from this event will benefit Children's Miracle Network. With every donation, riders also will receive a Yakima Valley Pippins baseball ticket, as well as a voucher to download their photograph with the horses.
Donations are $10 per adult and $5 for each child age 5 and under. Radio station KFFM will be on site for a live remote from the event, and the Coca-Cola Happiness Truck will be on hand to provide free cans of Coca-Cola.

Clydesdales are powerful draft horses that were largely bred for work. They are named after the town they were imported from: Clydesdale, Scotland.
