Brothers arrested after reportedly firing gunshots in family fight

YAKIMA, Wash. - Police have arrested two brothers after an argument with their mother led to firing gunshots.

The Yakima Police Department (YPD) reports said Jaime, 22, and Jordan Gutierrez, 18, fired shots into the air Sunday around 10:33 p.m. at 1108 Folsom Avenue.

Police said the two had been fighting with their mother before the gunshots were fired. No one was injured in the incident.

Police received reports of the car description after the sons drove from the home.

The suspects did not slow down when police located the vehicle and attempted to pull them over.

YPD officers later found and arrested the two at a Safeway gas station at 5th and Lincoln.
