Man involved in "one of the most horrific crimes" in Yakima appears in court
YAKIMA- Wash.- The man involved in what police say is one of the most horrific crimes to happen in Yakima appeared in court today.
He was expected to plead guilty to previous theft and burglary charges, but the court moved the plea to another date.
Daniel Arnold is the man who police say invaded a Yakima home last January and violently assaulted two girls and their grandmother.
The defense said Arnold needed more time understanding his options before making his decision.
Arnold's trial for the rape and assault charges is scheduled for next month.
