7-Eleven to host "Bring Your Own Cup Day" for slurpees
TRI-CITIES, Wash. – The convenience store will be hosting another "Bring Your Own Cup Day" Friday and Saturday, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
This is where customers can fill up on frozen slurpees for just a $1.50.
A franchise owner said you can bring any shape or size of cup you want, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
"Bowls, mugs, jugs, yardsticks I mean anything that will fit through this hole they can bring," said owner Sukh Sanbhu.
However, there are a couple provisions to the offer. 7-Eleven said the cups can't be larger than 10 inches in diameter, and they must be watertight and food-safe clean.
Additionally, each customer is limited to just one cup, so choose your container wisely.
You can share a picture of your cup creation with #BYOCupDay on social media.
