30 cited at rowdy Bellingham party near WWU

BELLINGHAM, Wash. (AP) - Police cited 30 people at a rowdy weekend party near Western Washington University and a park where a crowd rioted in October.

Five residents of the house that hosted the party were briefly arrested on suspicion of furnishing liquor to minors, disorderly conduct and obstructing law enforcement. The five are WWU students.

The Bellingham Herald reports 25 minors were cited for drinking or possessing alcohol.
