16-year-old pleads guilty to transit center murder

YAKIMA, Wash. -- A teenager accused of killing a man outside the Yakima Transit center pleaded guilty to second degree murder and a weapons charge.

The first degree murder charge against Daniel Perez, 16, was dropped.

Earlier this year, a judge ruled the 16-year-old will be tried as an adult.

Perez is suspected of gunning down the victim during a gang fight last year.
